It's a Wiener; How I failed at a talk that was not 'The Talk."

I have a lot of work to do before I have "The Talk" with my kids, my attempts at explaining a catheter today proved that. LOL

Kynlee: Mom, whats this?
Me: A Catheter
Kynlee: Whats a catheter?
Me: That.
Kynlee: Mooooom.                                
Me: It helps people pee.
Kynlee:So, it's a wiener?
Me: It's not a wiener, and I don't like that word.
Kynlee: Does it help YOU pee?
Me:No, it helps Daddy Pee.
Kynlee: Then it IS a wiener. How does it help him pee.
Me: Want to go out to lunch??
