To my WWW and caregivers, are there needs you feel are not being met directly for YOU, if so what are they? What services could a non-profit provide that would benefit/empower YOU that has been overlooked by others? I really need your feedback! :)

I don't necessarily think these have been overlooked by others. But I find these things helpful (I don't think this is what you're looking for...but thought i'd give my 2 cents):
- Someone to remind me that it's not my fault
- Me time. I never take the chance to have time for myself.
- (massages/mani-pedis/retreats, etc would be lovely)
- Counselling (for the caregiver as well as couples)
- daily reminders or someone to touch base with just to know someone else is there. (support)
Same here... I agree with Shari
- Me time is a biggie, it's seems to always be about my husband and not me. ( he comes first).
- massage/pedi, retreats oh would be nice. It's bad I am in pieces all over the place with stress. It's nice to at least feel pretty sometimes.
- there is free counseling for caregivers from the VA just contact your spouses case manager or your caregiver coordinator.
- support is a biggie... It seems lately the only support I get are from strangers who care and want to help which is nice! Who don't judge me for what my family is going threw. but more support would be nice it really helps me if that means anything. :)
